This policy explains what information Hawaii-IRIE collects when you use our website, place an order, or subscribe to the Juice Club — and what we do with it. The short version: we collect only what we need to press, ship, and support your juice, and we never sell it.
Information we collect
When you place an order, join the Juice Club, or leave a review, we collect the information needed to serve you: your name, email address, shipping address, order details, and payment confirmation. Payments are processed by our payment provider — we never see or store your full card number. If you create an account, we also store your account profile and order history.
How we use it
We use your information to process and deliver your orders, manage your Juice Club subscription, respond to support requests, and — only if you ask — send you updates about your orders. We do not sell your personal information to anyone.
Cookies and analytics
Our site uses essential cookies to keep your session working (for example, the contents of your cooler) and basic analytics to understand how the site is used. You can clear or block cookies in your browser settings at any time.
Sharing
We share personal information only with the services required to run the shop: our payment processor, and our delivery partners for shipping. Each of them is bound to handle your data only for that purpose.
Data retention and your rights
We keep your order records for as long as required for accounting and tax purposes. You can request a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or delete your account from your profile page at any time. Deleting your account removes your personal details from our systems; historical order records are anonymized so they can no longer be linked to you.

Our products and services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
